Blood is a lifesaving component for all living things. There are number of web based blood banks which are available for communication between blood bank and hospitals in Pakistan. None of the online blood bank offers the direct contact between donor and blood bank. This paper introduces the idea of creating bridge between donors and recipients directly so that users can find the required blood group without wasting time to call his friends or relatives. We conducted online and field surveys to identify the problems faced by general public in arranging the blood in crucial time. After analyzing the results, we come across the fact that people need direct contact with donors, hospitals and blood banks in the hour of need. In this regards, a little attention has been given on the easier availability of blood from nearest locations. To implement this solution we propose a mobile phone application by which anyone will be able to look for their desired blood group at the nearest location.
